How do i book an appointment?

There are 3 ways to book at Haven. Call Haven 805-384-5759 to be connected with one of our guest specialists directly if you are new to Haven and in need of help finding your perfect stylist match. Haven is made up of stylists that also book their own appointments either through phone calls, texts, or online booking - you can contact them directly by clicking on their links here! If you are a new client / or aren’t sure who to see & what you want to book - we have now created an appointment request form!

 

What is your cancellation policy?

If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment please give Haven stylists as much notice as possible. We ask for at least 24 - 48 hours to avoid a non refundable cancellation fee. Due to the nature of how we schedule one person per time slot, we must have a policy in place for no showing, cancelling under 24 hours, or being more than 20 minutes late. We understand that life happens, exceptions can be made, but when this happens stylists are also left with a large unpaid gap in our schedule that we may not be able to fill. Please understand our policy is set in place for healthy boundaries and be respectful of our stylists schedule when you set your appointments.

If you no show an appointment, cancel under 24 hours not due to an illness or reasonable emergency, or are more than 20+ minutes late we will charge you 50-100% of your scheduled service.

 

Do you have a late policy? 

If you are more than 15 - 20 minutes late that may lead to the stylist not only being able to not perform your service to its fullest but could put her behind the rest of the day. This may lead to her either needing to reschedule you, which will fall under the non-refundable cancellation fee, this is determined on a case by case basis but could be 50-100% of your scheduled service. If we can accommodate you we always will do our best & will offer part of the service. So please arrive a few minutes early to start relaxing and enjoy some coffee (or wine) with us!

 

How do I know what services to book?

There are so many options when booking with a new stylist. If you are not sure of what you will be in need of we ask that you contact Haven or your stylist, please include photos of your current hair and hair goal in your email or message to book you correctly. 

 

Do I need a separate consultation?

Every single client receives a consultation when they sit down in our chairs. We require a light consultation when we begin the booking process - especially for new clients. We ask that you include a current photo of your hair and your desired hair goal to see what time we need for you and what services need to be scheduled. We will also then be able to offer you a more concrete price point and time frame. If you would like to come do a consultation before your scheduled appointment you are more than welcome to schedule that as well.
